He said that Fulian Commercial will also set up a middle-ring road system to connect Youjingyuan and the satellite city of Longcheng. In addition to making it convenient for local residents to travel to and from the commercial city, it will also ease the traffic congestion on the Batu Pahat to Kluang Road.
The Hock Lian Commercial City development plan has also successfully attracted foreign investment to Kluang, including Lotus’s Malaysia, which will set up a hypermarket in the Commercial City at a cost of RM35 million.
