Kluang Hock Lian Development Co., Ltd. Managing Director Cheng Qing Bo said that the LUTOS’S hypermarket, covering an area of ​​5 acres with an estimated total investment of RM35 million, is located behind the Inland Revenue Board Johor Central headquarters building in Hock Lian Commercial City, facing the construction project. The 9-storey Kluang City Council Building is currently under construction.

He recently inspected the construction site of LOTUS’S STORES hypermarket with business director Shamsuddin, accompanied by contractors, estimators and surveyors.

Zheng Qingbo said that LOTUS’S hypermarket will open in Jianjunhe in 6 months, which will enhance the commercial value of Kluang, provide local residents with more consumption choices, and will definitely attract more foreign consumer groups.

He also pointed out that the 258-acre Phuc Lian Commercial City has commercial freehold land. It is another eye-catching development project by Phuc Lian Development after KLUANG MALL upgraded Kluang and will shape a new Kluang.
